How We Operate
The Association’s constitution and by-laws clearly
outline the organizational structure and the powers, privileges and benefits of its members. The business of the
association is conducted by its Executive Committee consisting of the president, vice president, secretary, treasurer,
immediate past president and Executive Director plus three members at large. Various committees, including membership
and legislative, carry out a wide variety of programs and projects.
The Executive Director maintains an office for the
Association and administers the day-to-day operations, assisting all officers and committees.
