Requirements for Membership
Corporations, partnerships or individuals that are regularly engaged in the production
or buying and selling of agricultural and horticultural seeds or related products are eligible to become members.
Classes of membership and dues are as follows:
Active Members (resident
and nonresident) shall be corporations,
partnerships or individuals that are regularly engaged in the production or buying or selling of agricultural and/or
horticultural seeds.
Dues: $250.00
Active Resident Members shall maintain an established place of business, a branch
or an agent in one or more of the following states:

Pennsylvania |
| Maine |
Rhode Island |
| Maryland |
Virginia |
| Massachusetts |
Vermont |
| New Hampshire |
West Virginia |
Those corporations, partnerships or individuals outside of the fourteen states
are eligible as Active Nonresident Members, also with full voting rights.
Associate Members
include
corporations, partnerships or individuals that are otherwise closely associated with the seed trade. These members
shall be entitled to participate in all meetings but shall not be entitled to vote. An associate member has recently
been added to the Executive Committee to strengthen and broaden the goals and focus of
ASA.
Dues: $125.00
Affiliate Members
shall be companies with separate identities but with the same or similar ownership as an
active member. These members shall be entitled to participate in all meetings but shall not be entitled to vote.
Dues: $95.00
